Weekends can often be the time when your healthy habits from the past week kind of fall apart. Between family gatherings, day trips and social engagements, who has time to workout right?

WRONG! It all depends on what your idea of a good workout is! Just getting your heart rate up and your body moving for even 20 minutes can have an awesome impact on your health.


Here’s a quick 20 minute workout that you can do at home, equipment free! Since it’s done at home, requires no equipment and only takes 2o minutes, there is no excuse for not getting your weekend workout in this time!
